Hluhluwe-iMfolozi National Park has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1895. The area has a deep historical connection with the Zulu people. It was used by Zulu kings for hunting and other royal activities. Conservation efforts in the area played a crucial role in saving the white rhinoceros from extinction.
The trail in Hluhluwe-iMfolozi National Park is a profound experience and connection with yourself and the natural world. A unique opportunity to be inspired by the rhythm of nature and surrender to it. Sleeping under the stars, hiking in silence, keeping the fire burning, and not knowing where you'll sleep in the evening.
