With a background in organizational sciences, Niels quickly opted for a life as an entrepreneur and coach in top-level sports. He won national and European titles in both the Netherlands and Belgium as womens hockey head coach, but also faced losses and unachieved finals. For years, status and fear prevailed over Niels, while intuition and wisdom were lost. Now, he's where he wants to be and, with his unique conviction, assists others in unlocking their full potential.

With his Czech-Dutch roots, Alexander spent a lot of time in nature around the family house in the mountains from a young age. After completing his master degree in Psychology, he traded Amsterdam for a life in Cape Town. And whenever the opportunity arose, he headed into the mountains. With years of experience as a corporate tech professional, he constantly navigates between the wilderness and the business world. It is precisely from this unique position that the lessons of nature have become the foundations for growth, leadership, resilience, and authenticity.

With over 35 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, Carla works at the heart of human-centred leadership. Trained as a nurse and later operating in executive and transformation roles across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, she understands both systems and the people within them. Throughout her career, she saw how easily performance can overrule presence. From that place, she guides others back to clarity, courage and alignment. Where clarity meets courage. Where leadership becomes personal again.
